How we review

Last Word Reviews exists to give you an honest read on a supplement or health product before you buy — not to echo the seller's marketing.

We research beyond the sales page

For each product we start with what the manufacturer claims, then check it against independent sources: ingredient research, third-party reviews, retailer listings, and real buyer feedback. A one-sided sales page is a starting point, never the whole story.

We weigh both sides

Every review sets out genuine strengths and honest limitations. If a benefit isn't supported by the evidence we found, we don't claim it.

We never fabricate

We only state what a real source supports. If there is no evidence for a claim — a doctor's endorsement, a clinical trial, a specific result — we leave it out rather than invent it.

A human confirms every review

Nothing publishes automatically. An editor reviews and confirms each review before it goes live, and our verdict and score reflect our own assessment of the evidence.
